The cleaner mechanism that operates the antenna vacuum that emerged in the early twentieth century needs two people to operate it. It was being run through the blower wooden handle until the siphoning off of waste inside. American William Hoover began to produce vacuum cleaners in 1908 after the US worker hygiene (James Murray Spangler) in 1907 to develop a vacuum cleaner.
